Buying a new AGT H12 mini excavator at auction, moving it home, moving fire wood logs, then installing a culvert pipe.

  • It's great to see progress on the multi-bay garage (looking forward to THAT video series).. Happy 2024, Andrew!!!
  • @austinadventure
The smile on Andrews face when he first drives it is priceless

I never thought I would be watching a one hour commercial for a mini excavator although I have to admit it was very impressive!

I got a chery kv12, and it came with a quick attach, flat bucket, tooth bucket, and a grabber. I've bought a rake and a ripper. I absolutely love this thing for working around the property. The amount of work I've done to not have blisters on my hands or sore shoulders is incredible

Super excited for this video. Feels like ages. Happy New year everyone who enjoys this channel. Plus Andrew and Family .
  • If it lasts a season with Andrew in his environment it's a pretty capable machine. Obviously not doing big jobs, but great to have to go to smaller access-limited projects.

You rarely ever see, Andrew get excited when on equipment, but that smile brought him back to when he was a little kid..❤

One of my favorite things to watch Andrew do is install culverts. His attention to details is incredible, and they look great when he's done.
  • Andrews laugh when it picks up the long log was gold i couldnt believe it was lifting it either

We had something just like this at one of my jobs. It rarely went out to jobs but when it did we were glad to have it. Its nice to have something that can get through a fence gate without having to disassemble the fence. They have their limitations but they can get some work done.

Compared with $3k for the Harbor Freight towable backhoe, this seems like a much better buy and useful for many more things.

Great little excavator, at first I thought it was a little more than a toy, but this thing is legit, it actually serves a real purpose, it’s so small and portable, and perfect for these little jobs. Awesome video Andrew.

It's great to see you smiling, Andrew. There's nothing like a new toy to make a man happy. Great seeing a few mates helping each other out. Happy New Year Andrew. Mike 🇦🇺

Like you said, your video will seal a lot of them and raise the price. Because the stability needs to be watched a proper ropes should be considered vs the rain and sun shield. I bought a used Kubota KH-41 (1 1/2 tons about). 20 years ago and it now has 4600 hours, over double the hours when I bought it. I only rolled it once and grateful for the ROPS. I’m 82+ and still find chores to do year round. Kubota diesel engine a reliable engine and starts no issue even in Canadian winters. I doubt your machine ‘s engine will see 4600 hours but then for the price paid, buy 4-5 new ones as required. I prefer diesel but there is a price.. I consider myself hard on machines but not to your level - I would like your assessment after 500+ hours under your command. Thanks for the video!

Great content Andrew. We need to also know the story behind the LX470...I can see you getting a bump in subs if you do a video on it. The Land Cruiser/LX community is pretty big on YouTube.
  • @iflifewaseasy
I'm 16 minutes in and convinced Andrew worked this harder than I ever would try. That company should give you every new product they make for such an amazing evaluation! Like for 4k, it's hard to explain NOT buying it!
  • Great video, Andrew. This is the first evaluation of lower priced excavators that was truly a test of what it can do and an honest assessment. I'm guessing the manufacturer is going to start marketing their machines as "Andrew tested." That'll spike sales. Noticed driving a different suv and the new equipment building is well underway. Videos on these? And the line of "little" vehicles in the garage?

Great machine for getting through gates to back yard work Andrew.
  • Andy that was worth every penny of $4K. You might think of Fabing up a 3/8ths metal bracket to hold a counter weight, use plow pins to attach on the back. Mock one up out of cardboard for pattern to trace on the steel, cut with plasma machine, tac and weld it up.
  • @IslandHermit
I thought its light weight would limit it a lot more than it did. Surprised me when it picked up that engine block, and then some of those trees later on. Well worth $4K IMO.
