    Thank you, Amar ❤❤❤❤ I been absolutely living my healing story (perimenopause, loads of body and mental issues) and have gotten stuck. Just yesterday, while sitting in a hot springs pool, I felt my resolve rise and my reluctance to move forward flow away. Sometimes I feel like your videos are just for me, but it's also nice to read the comments and see I'm not alone. While your video was figurative, I literally toweled myself off and decided to change my story. ❤
