At Donut Media we all love motorcycles just about as much as we love cars. Some of us are into MotoGP, Motocross, Supercross, Flat Track racing, and pretty much everything that involves two wheel racing! Motorcycles are just fun to ride and a very affordable way to go extremely fast, so naturally Nolan got bit by the motorcycle bug. So, what does it take to get started with a bike?

For this episode of Whee House Nolan attended a private motorcycle training course. The official California sanctioned training programs will waive the DMV motorcycle driving test, the private course does not.

If you are under the age of 21 you do have to ride with your permit for 6 months before you are given your license and the right to ride on highways.

WheelHouse answers all the questions about the automotive and motorcycle world you never thought to ask. Nolan Sykes looks at the history, sociology and psychology behind the cars and bikes you love, and the features you might overlook.

Some of our best videos ever are coming out soon, stay tuned so you won't miss a thing!

Taking private lessons and "going to the dmv" to get your license is full of complications. Instead, take the MSF (motorcycle safety foundation) weekend course, and you'll get an automatic endorsement at the end (instead of taking the DMV open road test). Then use your saved money on quality safety gear, and extra classes to improve your technique.
