I've thought about it, and THE hardest way to play is Edit: no texture + blocks randomized (dirt is not dirt) + recipe randomized (9 iron doesn't make an iron block) + all blocks have gravity + half heart + blindness + always night

About that straight line one, there is a loophole. You can't move left or right, but if you face a different direction, you'll be able to walk forwards and backwards in that one.

For #12 you can also use a fishing rod to reel items to you, probably has a higher reach than the water. The downside is crafting and that dry casting still uses durability so it’s pretty limited.

Actually in a SINGLE type of adventure mode, you can both place water and lava from buckets, light nether portals, and even fill the end portal frame, but good luck converting your world into it.
