President Biden's physician, Dr. Kevin O'Connor, said in a statement Thursday, "The president is still experiencing mild upper respiratory symptoms associated with his recent COVID-19 infection. He continues to receive Paxlovid." CBS News White House reporter Willie James Inman has more.

So, he has symptoms and a positive COVID test, but he has clear symptoms of cognitive issues, and he refuses to provide a cognitive test. COVID alone is no way for the President to resign?
