I could have pushed every button and setting in GB IOS and never have found that MERGE feature. Great tip. Thanks!

Spent a whole 3hrs trying to get an authentic muted picking sound for my guitar when ALL I had to do was watch this video . Lessing learned! Thanks so much Pete! All the way from NZ

If you want to extend the range of the virtual guitar, you can go into the edit MIDI function and move the notes up an octave or two.

This is a great quick break down of what you can actually do with garage band. I tend to shy away from it even though I make music primarily with a phone. I never found the ease of use to be that great but these tips make me want to go back into garage band.

Thank you so much. This is the only video I found that actually goes into a deep explanation about the guitar features! THANQ 🎸🙏
  • @Zatoka.
This was INCREDIBLY helpful. Thank you for making this!
  • Hi Pete, I am following your channel for such a long time, but there is still something to learn for me in your tutorial. This time the „muted guitar sound“ was new to me. What really expanded my opportunities to use guitars in my songs was you telling us about the Klevgrand Stark AUv3-App, which is really, really cool. Thank you for all your efforts. It‘s really great to have you here. I wish you a happy Rocktober 😊

Wow, didn’t know about using more than 1 finger in autoplay mode, it does way nicer chords ) You should rename your channel to ‘Discovery’ ))

Every video I see from you, Mr. Pete, makes me feel more and more that Garage Band is a powerful daw for noob musicians as me! Thank you! And you are able to squeeze the app like a lemon to its limits.
