  • I was having a big stomach, I lost 9.3 kgs in 1 month and I am having now four pack abs in just 24 days . I will do this for more 10 , then I will have six pack abs. My Diet Plan Breakfast Cornflakes K special . Do not eat so much as you have to loose weight. Lunch White Rice with pulses. Any pulses/daal you can take . Eat in less quantity than you eat generally. Evening One cup milk with 2 wheat biscuits sugar free Dinner One chappati with any vegetable except potato 🥔. Love from India
  • Its my 3rd week , i see alot of fat is boiled and it take 3 more weeks to get a perfect abs. This workout absolutely works man!!!!! Do not sit and see videos and thinking one day i will start doing workout don't do that ,just start doing it now or whenever you are free just do it man....! ALL THE BEST GUYS <3
  • Day 7 and i can see that I have more stronger abs and my chest has formed but my abs cannot be seen properly I will start working on obliques separately though because I need to work harder for them. But this is really affective and people who are reading this,if you are thinking to try this do it results are worth it and you feel happy and more confident with ur abs. I will edit on day 14 and I hope to go until day 100. (Btw I’m writing this so that when I come back on day 100 I will know I have made progress)

    Just because of your workouts I have lost 12 kgs. I am following your exercises from more than 1 year and did many of your workout exercises and now I have lost 12 kgs but still I have to do more workout for abs
