This band is so criminally underrated it upsets me
  • When Black Mile came out I said “that’s it, they’ve peaked”. Then Million Masks of God came out and said “THAT’S it for sure. You don’t make back to back perfection. They’ve definitely peaked”. Then this came out. Now, I’m realizing “they’re just getting started”. I honestly can’t wait for more music from this band and hear what they come up with next. Damn, they’re just so damn good!

Andy Hull is a world-class poet. The evolution of this band is incredible. Their range!

Nothing like a well timed ritz ad in the middle of a masterpiece
  • Sitting with 10 of my friends,( all in our 70's, early 80's), trying to explain to them how much I love you, some got out their phones, started playing this beautiful music, and I just burst out crying. Beautiful music does that to me....and goose bumps. Now you have 10 new fans! I'm so moved by all of your music....not just for the young! Thank you

absolutely insane to me that this band I discovered in 2004 is still making new music nearly 20 years later and it's matured at roughly the same pace I have. I can't explain what this band means to me, but thank you MO for all the music and art you've brought into this world. Thank you Andy for the soothing comfort of your voice. This band just doesn't ever miss.

no other band means as much to me as this band does. thank you for all the gifts you give to me and the world.
  • @frodogabbins
It's incredible how this band consistently puts out one thing after the next and raises the bar every single time. Extraordinary.
  • @CigarDojo
This band never wastes your time. Not one second.

How do you keep writing exactly what I need to hear exactly when I need to hear it. Masterpiece. I don't even know what words could justify the beauty. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
  • I don't know how to say this but whenever I hear your music there's no way I can't not like it and feel that it's not just a simple song and that in addition to touching your hearts, you motivate me to continue to fight for my dreams and take more care of the ones I love and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing this love with us and I wish you all much success
  • I watched this on my tv and sat back enjoying. And now that I pulled it up on my phone and found out it was a VR experience, I lost it.
  • Watching this on a phone and you can pan around and see the view all around. This is a tremendously immersive experience.

my 2-year old son sat and watched this with me, start to finish. what a magical feeling.. I have no words for the comfort of the music and visuals here hats off to all involved, an incredible experience.

8 days before this came out, my 18 year old son shot himself. 8 days before that he bought the bullets. He was my only child. It was just the two of us, doing life together. It took 5 months for me to find the Valley of Vision, and the words...I don't want to learn to lose you again...ring in my ears...and my heart ❤️🖤

The run of albums from A Black Mile to the Surface to a Million Masks of God to the Valley of the Vision is one of my favorites stretches of music ever.
  • @silentsigns6501
Somehow the last song on a MO album is always a punch in the gut and this is no exception
  • @ulftilly
I'm trying not to cry. This is heartbreakingly beautiful.

Epitome of introspective hope. Like coming out of a dark, dank man made tunnel into the middle of a dense forest with sunlight flittering through the leaves. The smell of earth replacing wet stone and metal. This is melancholic butter for the ears. Thanks for growing with us all.
