Several feet of storm surge rushed in within minutes according to residents of Litchfield Beach, South Carolina. High water rescue trucks came into the townhome community to evacuate residents and their pets. Sound with residents who were rescued.

    God Bless everyone effected by Ian. Whether you live up north in NY, west in CA, or in direct path of Ian we all have been effected one way or another. I'm in Florida and I cringed when I watched it form again to cat 1 once it hit the atlantic.
