Just remember this. As a doctor, to make others better, first YOU have to be better. You have to be better than your assumptions, and you have to be better than your feelings. Assume too much and let your feelings get in the way and you can be the reason somebody dies. And that's why you have to be the best version of you if you want to save others, even if that means disconnecting from your own feelings and being a medical robot. But to do that, first you need to be able to decompress. Cue video.
