  • SO WHY IS THIS GUY WALKING THE STREETS, should be in JAIL PERMANENTLY
  • @wsol80
If he was in prison for his dozens of previous crimes, that lovely woman would still be alive. We need justice reform that protects future victims, not the criminals.
  • She's beautiful. She doesn't look close to 74. This is so awful!🤬🤬

Vote wisely! As reported, this guy had committed many crimes prior to this incident!
  • I am sorry , San Francisco is just too dangerous to commute. The suspect will be released in the next few weeks due to mental state. It is common
  • @ellobo1326
    ALWAYS the same victim/perpetrator dynamics.
  • I have not rode on BART for a long time and this scares me. How can anyone be so evil?
  • @DJ-gc6fj
Very interesting that you talk about her ethnicity by divulging where she came from, but you don’t mention the ethnicity of the suspect. Three guesses as to why

I was a BART rider for many years. I witnessed people trying to shove riders onto the tracks several times over the years, and even helped rescue a man who someone pushed on the tracks. BART cops do not patrol the stations. BART cops don't even answer calls when you report crimes. I gave up riding BART after I was beaten for trying to stop some guys from molesting a frightened young woman and took the ferry from Oakland to San Francisco, instead. Tripled my commute time but at least I was safe. I advise that no one should ride BART if they can possibly avoid it. If you can't, do not ride after dark. Tourists should NEVER ride BART. Do not stand near the platform's edge and do NOT stand facing the tracks. Take your headphones off and look up from your phone. BART cops will NOT protect you and they won't even apprehend most suspects. BART cops basically "quiet quit" after BART cop Johannes Mehserle was convicted of killing Oscar Grant in 2009. I once called BART cops when some thugs blocked all exits from the 12th Street station and demanded a "toll" from riders. The dispatcher refused to send anyone, but she did chuckle and say "You can always do a citizen's arrest." Then she hung up. I called the Oakland PD and they told me to call the BART cops. I got on the train and went to the next station and walked home from there.

The guy who did it is a known crazy. He shouldn't have been walking free in the first place. He's definitely going to a mental institution. There's no way the guy fit for trial
  • "A long criminal history" Not surprised. A life of crime without consequences. Such is the state of our society. RIP
  • @Eric--zs6um
You all created this movement of violence and disorder. T This lady was somebodies mother friend significant other. This is all bs.
  • In Japan and even China, There is a barrier on the edge of the elevated train platform that protects those who are on the platform from falling on the tracks. Not so in America.
  • Why wasn’t he in an institution?! Why after all he’s done he was out walking around and now she’s dead because of it!
  • @Dan.50
The media also need to be held both legally and financially accountable for their roles in helping create this violent crime epidemic.
