This Truck Mechanic Making Brand New Radiators For Tucks.

Radiator has 3 main parts, known as the outlet and inlet tanks, the core, and the pressure cap.

This mechanic assembled all parts together with aluminum welding with amazing techniques. He builds the joints very carefully so there is no gap or crack left which may cause leakage in radiator specially the radiator hose which has main role in radiator as it connects to the engine.

The solder use on this radiator was acid-core solder which contains acid flux. Mechanic always clean the surface with acid so that joints can be perfect.

  • Aluminium? Nope, copper tubes and fins, brass top and bottom tanks, galvanized steel mounting frame. But a good video, thumbs up. 👍

  • I appreciate things that are hand made but they lost me when they bent the frame over the top and both sides were crooked!
  • How is it possible? Pakistan is one of the poorest countries in the world but on the other hand home of the famous "super high skilled professionals" who only needs a sledge hammer and some handfulls of dirt for repairing all western stuff.

1:14 does anyone know what that thin cooper sheet is for? Its if the cap gets removed when its under a lot of psi. It will push up and kinda block the hole from hot water blowing out
