New psychiatrist, new medication, new struggles

Interesting note: Mirtazapine only became available on the PBS in Australia this month! That's probably one reason I never tried it before, would've been too expensive. Now with my concession card, I can get a pack for ~$7 which is pretty good... but only if it actually helps in the end! Also sorry again for the hum etc, I tried to fix it but I think I just made the sound weirder and worse lol.

I can confirm a lot of the stuff you describe is indeed relatable. Especially the derealization part and the way you describe being annoyed at having to dump all those boyfriends, but also lots of other stuff you talk about.

how would you feel if i talked to my psychiatrist and brought you up as very relatable to how i am? ive brought up personality disorders with him when i first started seeing him and i felt he blew me off but im always struggling to care about myself and could have zoned out so cant say my memory of/or interpretation of how it went is acurate. also, when i was first put on my current antidepressant, i felt the same as i did when i smoked an oz of weed a fortnight, but that only lasted about a month or less although tbh i enjoyed it as i hadnt smoked or drank in a while at that point.
