this song reminds me of an anime called 'plunderer' or something like that although it doesn't have much relation to the song one the main characters past was that he was in a military school and he was nominated as commander (class rep) and they wanted to be the army that doesn't kill but then the war came earlier than expected and he told his classmates he would do the killing so they stay as 'the army that doesn't kill' then he got a surgery that inserted the principles DNA into him which gave him powers then they named him 'the ace of flashing strikes' and he loves to wear masks for some reason. but anyway this comment was not really relevant soo...
