For the series, I think Krillinās death at the hands of Final Form Freeza has to be most impactful because it results in Goku going SSJ for the first time. But yeah there is so many...Goku dying with Raditz, Piccolo saving Gohan, Goku being blown up by Cell, Majin Vegetaās death. Man even some of the bad guys deaths like FreeZa, Cell, Buu just being those arcs are so damn massive and epic.
