  • Someone should do a movie about the life of Kris Kristofferson. Certainly among the most interesting figures in the history of popular music.
  • Great Kris Kristofferson! He was the gentleman of the country music! So humble and so friendly. He is truly such a good person! Thanks for that!

  • I'm 68. "I'll Fly Away'" was my Daddy's favorite song. I've asked that this be sung at my funeral.
  • Oh my God since I was only a child I loved Johnny cash. All my family did. Now I'm an adult I adore Rosanne cash also. What a Beautiful singer she is. I've been a fan of you for years. Your amazing gal. Love your voice. Keep singing, I have all your Song's I listen to daily. Several times a day. That was the most Beautiful tribute to your Father from you, Kris, Emmylou and Lyle. OMG I can't stop bawling when I hear this rendition. It's definitely one of the better tributes for the Kennedy Center Honors. Roseanne and Emmylou are spectacular. Brava! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
  • I was a patient in Kue Army hospital (Okinawa) in 1969 after being an infantryman in Vietnam. They gave us free tickets to see the Carters. I honestly had never heard of Johnny or June. I'll never forget that evening.

I am so glad I did not miss this tribute to the man in black.

I’m so happy I saved all the different music by my favorite singers. My goodness what beautiful music. May this music live on way after I am gone.

Each singer performs their best performance I believe. Watching over and over again.
  • It is nice that he was still with us to see a tribute to a one of I kind in our generation . A person and artist we will never get to experience in the rest of our lives. A true great.
