Anyone like me, drank Tang because the astronauts did? Lol LM5, another fantastic journey you have provided for us to enjoy and watch over and over. Thank you so much again, and bless you.

Apollo 15 was the first real science mission, with three full lunar EVAs. It was also the first mission with a rover. I will never forget seeing the Hadley Rille live from the rover camera at the EVA station stop at Elbow crater, just up Hadley Delta. What a sight!

What a spectacular time in history...thx for posting

This is how I remember the moon missions in real time. Watching Walter Cronkite talking you through things with models and animation without actually seeing much. I really wanted to hear what he was listening to. 🙂

Love the way the old time TV commentators used to speak. Great work again LM5

Amazing stuff. The progress in technology from Apollo 11 to the later missions was rapid. Also shows you the Americans love of inserting adverts into everything 😀
-
Thanks again for the excellent series on Apollo 15.

It is something to think that Dave Scott is the only one still with us. Thank you, LM5!

David Horowitz who later had a long tenure with KNBC-TV as a consumer reporter, many appearances on Johnny Carson's Tonight Show. "Stay aware and informed, Fight Back, and don't let anyone rip you off!"

I got a chance to see and listen to Al Worden at the Nasa Visitor's Center outside the Cape back in 2015. One of the smartest person's I've ever heard speak and seemed much younger than his actual age. He knew how to separate the wheat from the chaff, that's for sure.

Great four four part anniversary presentation. It will have to do until you can do the Full Mission Series someday. Many thanks. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go out and get me some Tang.
