Acho que governo, nao pode interferir em empreas .E funcionarios nunca foram,Tao bem pagos como magora,leis trabalhistas tem que servir para corrigir problemas .Nao para distruir empresas, pois qdo as empresas passam por extremas dificuldades como , na pandemia , guerras ,etc... Nao me lembro de nenhum funcionario, querer baixar seus salarios, ou dividir o prejuizo da empresa com os gestores, sao os primeiros a abandonar o barco.Estamos vivendo sim, uma epoca de falta de funcionarios qualificados sim , aqueles disputados por empresas. Aquelas que pagam carissimos impostos, para pagar servidores publicos e gerar qualidade de vida para quem eles nem se quer conhecem, como hospitais, pavimentaçoes ,pequenas empresas que agragam serviços as grandes , como limpesa, manutençao,marketing,social etc...
