Something I have been trying to work on for a while; using folders for video clips and working on multiple videos to make them more consistent. Maybe it will work.

I like the haphazard nature of your videos, you never know what you’re going to get which is entertaining. I (and I’m sure many others) love your daily diaries detailing your work on all the cars in the yard.

I like your videos. That’s why I watch them. It would be daft to watch videos I don’t like, especially when there’s so much choice. I’m relieved that you’re not going to make all your videos yellow, like 1980s France at night. I’m sure I will also like your new videos, I trust you to make excellent public information films.

The production of your videos is very high even now - I like how informal it is but still being very well structured.

    I can’t wait paul 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤣🍻🍻
  • Sounds like some promising things coming I hope the cars leaving the yard are going to help with your profitability as I know from previous videos times have been hard for you. I really hope one of the cars being worked on is Tommy Turbo's 25 really want to see that up and running I think it's going to be a laugh if nothing else 500bhp in a 25 just sounds like one long extreme wheel spin to me.😂

Jeez, that was more criptic than an Egyptian mummies tomb

Now then, does anyone remember Noel Edmonds' Saturday morning TV programme 'Multi-Coloured Swap-Shop'? It was rubbish, Tiswas on the other channel was much better! Anyway, I have no idea why it was named 'multi-coloured'. Come to think of it, it wasn't a shop either! However I think that things could actually be swapped by ringing up - or something! Now, at PN we do have a multi-coloured car. There is no shop but instead we have the yard. So, stand by for the launch of Captain Mustard's multi-coloured swap yard! 😁 (ps this is DickDastardly using another account.)
  • ooOOOoo! I felt quite excited by this! Not only the info, but the positivity that you projected in the vid. Looking forward to this! I would suggest (if I may) "storyboarding" your "filmed over days" vids onto paper or a virtual doc prior to filming OR after you've filmed each bit, so that you have a rough idea of storyline, either in pics or drawings or one-line sentence per planned scene. Helps to work out the basic structure. No one needs to see these plans, and you can play God with them (rearranging scenes etc) whenever you want. It just helps to stop the filing cabinet in your head from overflowing, falling over, or bursting open, especially if you're working on two or three vids simultaneously. I agree with Barrie that I like your work as it is, but I can see massive potential for even better vids and channel growth in your plan!

Has there ever been a car in the yard called Aunty Septic? If not why not.😁
  • Ha ha.... Swap! Mr Furious tried that, and didn't it all fall apart over a Rover 75?! Good luck!

Less talking, more doing - get on with it Mustard!
  • @Patricki8bs
Are you going to make them shorter 🤣🤣🤣🍺🔧👍

Potential downside is that because you'll be basically putting out fewer videos instead of the daily video, it will decrease your youtube engagement, unless I've misunderstood what you're planning.
