*Updated* Pregnancy MUST-HAVES ... from a second time mom :)

Am i pregnant? No. Do I want to be someday? Also no. Did I still watch this entire video just because I love Jessica? Absolutely yes!

I was just at the thrift store (Goodwill) yesterday and they had a lot of maternity pants. If you’re not wanting to spend a lot of money, checking out your local thrift store is a to go to add to your closet! (And buying preowned is environmentally friendly!)

Am I pregnant? Absolutely not. Thinking of becoming pregnant? Absolutely not. Am I still watching this video, taking notes and looking up prices for the ideas Jess shares? Absolutely ❤️

I saw that vogue just did a what makeup and skin care that Phoebe aka Daphne from Bridgerton uses and I'm like, yup definitely a Jessica type video coming up. She uses a good amount of Charlotte tilbury too! Really hoping you do that as your next celebrity inspired video. She's beautiful and so are you Jess.

I just found out that I’m surprise pregnant with #2 and we have a 10 month old. 🤷🏻‍♀️🙀 I just survived and pregnancy and postpartum and STILL found this helpful. Haha! Thanks Jess! ❤️

I have watched your videos for YEARS but have never related to pregnancy or mom videos because I was younger. Just found out I am pregnant with our first baby and I am so thankful for these videos. I know I can trust your opinions because I always have, you are such a treasure!

YES ON THE ROBE 🤣 pregnant with #2 and my husband bought me a gorgeous cream barefoot dreams robe and he even said “it’ll be nice in the hospital!” And I was like “Oh no I’m not doing that! I’ll enjoy it till birth and then like 6 weeks after birth!” And he didn’t understand because he didn’t remember from last time 🤣

I wanted to recommend thredUP for maternity clothes. I found a lot of amazing pieces there that worked so well for me. On a slightly different topic, I just wanted to throw out my experience in case it could help anyone else. At 27 weeks, my baby had established a pretty decent movement routine. It wasn’t a ton but I knew it. One day it felt off to me- less movement. I waited until the next day (face palm) and called my doctor and they sent me to triage and about five hours later my son was born via emergency c-section. He is going to be three this year and is doing so well and I’m forever grateful for him. My point of sharing this is not to freak people out but to encourage any other pregnant folks out there to listen to their bodies and don’t hesitate to call your doctor- your intuition is real and valid. I believe Jessica had said that in a previous video so I wanted to say it again. I had no hospital bag, nothing but my purse and the clothes on my back. It’s so weird- I have no idea what labor feels like, which I was bummed about but every experience is different and all we can do is try our best.

I’m reading Expecting Better and loving it. I listened to an interview with her years and years ago and put the book on my Amazon list “just in case” - and now here I am pregnant for the first time!

I really do love that you are so open about having trouble with breastfeeding and keeping an open mind about it. It was a struggle for me and we had to supplement from the beginning. Good luck on it this time around!
