I have been carnivore for 16 months and am off all medication. No longer diabetic, no high blood pressure, etc. Glad you are trying it. I go to a butcher and buy meat that says miscut for 1/2 price. My hubby is on warfarin and he has a hard time not eating spinach. He is not carnivore at all. He is a carbavore. So happy you are off the shots. Prayers for continued health for you.
