2Us is such a fun song, i love it. I also really like northern lights because i can really relate to it in a sense of love for someone.

Rare Americans videos and songs have had a unique impact and inspiration on my life. Their songs are gritty at times but real. I love this new song about the camino hike and pushing physically for mental reasons. Although not exactly the same it was the song gas mask which pushed me to challange myself in a similar way. I would listen to the song gas mask and run every single day for 365 days. I made the commitment to run at least a mile everyday but usually ran a lot more. Lost 25 pounds and pushed myself hard. But it wasn't the physical pain that was hard it was the mental battle and the real reason why i was doing it which was tough. I was trying to battle my internal darkness and porn addiction which had been consuming my life. This new song is once again encouraging me to push myself and become a better man. Thanks rare Americans for the music and encouragement

Really enjoying the art style and music on the new album so far! I take the "2 U's" as the fight of heart (emotional reasoning) with the fight of mind (logical reasoning). It's really hard to find a balance, so a journey of self discovery is in order!
