Welcome to AI Portrays Game of Throne Characters, where we use the AI tool Midjourney and book descriptions of characters from the Song of Ice and Fire series to portray their evolving looks throughout the epic saga. AI might not always get it right but that's the fun part!

By feeding the book descriptions into Midjourney without mentioning the character names, we'll discover the intriguing images that emerge.

If everyone in the show was this good looking it would've looked more like a daytime soap opera 😂😂

Tbh, if the show had let the Stark kids have that characteristic Tully red hair, contrasted with Arya and Jon’s dark hair, it would’ve made Catelyn’s hurt more apparent. Even tho we know Ned wasn’t unfaithful, it would be hard not to think Jon was his son esp since all his other kids (except Arya) had red hair.

With AI I bet Gandalf would look like a male Victoria's secret model 🤣

All the Lannisters (including Joffrey) seem too innocent

Its funny how despite also being in his mid thirties, Stannis looks like he should be at least in his mid fifties. I guess a lifetime of resentment and bitterness doesn't age a man well.

"her hawk like nose" AI proceeds and generates an image of a generic up turned nose.... yeah right
  • The Cersei from the books looks like Margot Robbie. I don't know if she would have been able to convey Cersei's ambiguity as Lena. Lena was PERFECT for Cersei

I’ll be honest, that AI generated Cersei did not look like a mother of 3 children in the slightest. She looks like she’s never had kids, stress, education, or pain in her life. The Cersei from the show played the part perfectly, she looked like a mother who’s husband is abusive, she looked like she lost her mother as a small kid and her father has been critical of her and her siblings because they’re nobility. She doesn’t look wet behind the ears like the AI generated one lol.

Why do they all look as one person to me? 😂 It's good there are live people in the show and they have genuine natural human beauty.

I think we all can agree that the actors were chosen so well that they truly brought justice to the characters. (the only inconvenience were Dany s eyes, not purple in series)
  • @Calinn86
AI made everyone into Nickelodeon teen drama show characters.

Emilia is also waaaay more beautiful than what ai generated, like way more, she embodies perfectly that innocent look and beauty
  • @AppaRappah
It’s kinda crazy how much the AI Robb ended up looking like Richard Madden :o

(Young) Baratheons = Henry Cavill 1-2-3

Honestly the casting and costume/makeup designs on the show are very good at capturing the descriptions of characters in the books. It's clear George RR Martin had a hand in the casting of his characters.

I like the realistic pretty people better. The fake pretties are tricking me into thinking it’s the only type of pretty
