Tip for endless Pale Fire seeds. Find Exquisite Fire seeds under Celebration Arches in Upper Plains, shoot with an arrow so they catch fire. Use shotgun with Storm Ammo to shoot the seed and it will become Pale without needing lightning.

Everyone talks about RNG with item creation but I have not experienced it, seems to me to just be a straight formula based on item values. 384 every time if you use the right quality stuff. I know you got a 374 other day but that was cus a less than perfect horn was used. I think you've got the best available there. The value ranges are just a guide based on using the min/max qualities available game-wide. I think the bug showing the massive creating values is based off having an active food buff interfering with it. When I craft with no food buffs (just the apex skill) it shows me the accurate final number in the craft window. I know a lot of people are confused by this and annoyed but I don't think there is actually any luck involved with the crafting formula, nobody is actually getting screwed. Oh man you missed the easiest storm glider spawn point in the game. Right above the Vale of Echos is an RDA base the Ariel Defence Station that once taken down you can fast travel to. Immediately run forward off the rock and turn around to look up. One will land perfectly on the rock you fast traveled to for you to look up and shoot it right in the sweet spot.

Did y’all know there’s a green thanator in the game? Without too many spoilers, there’s a sarentu totem at the bottom right of the kinglor forest that you need to observe. After that, this secret thanator will be added to your hunter guide. EDIT: it matters how many Sarentu totems you finish, not any specific one. There are YouTube videos that show the location of all four thanator types so I would watch those as opposed to following my comment.

Best video on FOP. I got the game for free with a new card, started to play without much knowledge of it. Liked the game, but somethings are just confusing and not a lot of explanations around. You video explains it concisely, straight to the point... and you show where to find. Thanks for sharing, going to craft mine now with better stats. The first one was ok but could be much better

as for the horns. there are more locations to farm the stormglider for horns. the upper Plains has 5 location to spawn stormgliders and clouded forest has 3 locations but one location spawning 2 stormgliders at the same time.

There’s a 4th storm glider on top of the great husk south east of the Zeswa Clan Home and a tiny bit north of the great husk is a nat’vi camp so you can spawn right next to it!

just got this the other day and im loving it. trying to not look up guides to often but knowing that i can eat two different foods and replace the second stat of the first food with the first stat of the second food for two great stat proc.. isn't cheating lol imo it's general knowledge that I'd have found out eventually but atm im just enjoying the game. it has it's issues and i am curious to see what the next major patch will bring but atm it's really enjoyable.

Does the master craft skill effect these stats? almost got enough skills just wondering if its worth the skill points or if i can just go straight to gathering and crafting with the dishes youve guided in the past?

I think you have confused "forager" and "Adept Forager" food perks. Forager = always get perfect gathering vs Adept Forager = always gain the Gathering condition bonus. Relun’s Fish Stew gives you the Adept Forager perk

I did exactly what this YouTuber did and all ways and forms. But my pale canopy root is max out at 140 something. How did you manage to make it show up at 207?

I though that dish just meant you get a perfect gather no matter how you pull the thing off are u sure it means the conditions and all that I’m skeptical

I have the so ‘lek’s merciless short bow at 130 dmg and would like to increase it.. Any advice appreciated, thx mate 😊

So to make the bow you need the bow? It seems like to make this awesome high damage bow you need to be able to one-shot a Stormglider, which requires a high-damage bow? I can get the Fury III 50% boost, no problem, but how high does the bow damage need to be to be able to one-shot a stormglider? My current highest isn't even close to your 300 (it's 161). I'm wondering if I need to go make a heavy bow doing everything else in the video but this step to make the strongest bow I can WITHOUT this best horn, to see if I can make a bow that hits hard enough to one shot the stormglider.
