  • The thing is, he could still make Kill Bill Vol.3 without breaking his ten-film rule, being that it could just slide alongside Vol. 1&2 as a single extended movie.

I remember talks of a 3rd Kill Bill film 20 years ago and was hyped for it. Just imagine what could've been 😢.

The idea of Django and Zorro together is soooo amazing, I NEED IT.

Reservoir Dogs definitely works as a stage play. When I first saw it, I really noticed how suited it was to that.

Man, it’s disappointing we’ll never get a Kill Bill 3 or a V for Vega. Easily could have fit into his series of movies

I think a Kill Bill Vol. 3 being both daughters getting their revenge would be EPIC, get Zendaya and Maya to fight it out throughout the film.

Out of all his unmade movies, Casino Royale was the one which piqued my interest based on his pitch, since he wanted to do a 60s period piece

Django and Zorro would have been amazing
  • I think alot of his scrapped movies, such as Vega Brothers, Killer Crow, Faster Pussycat, Kill, Kill, his version of Casino Royale, etc. I think the one that saddens me the most is Kill Bill Vol. 3. Not only does that film have the perfect setup in Vol. 1, but also the concept of having both daughters get revenge, I think, is such a cool concept and woudlve been a great example of a great legacy sequel, or one done right. I get why it didn't happen, as Tarantino and Thurman both had a falling out, which I won't go into because I don't know the details, but Tarantino could've someone else like Robert Rodriguez or Edgar Wright to direct it and just use Tarantinos script. Oh well, if it sadly wasn't meant to be, it sadly wasn't meant to be.

Having read the original script for Kill Bill, before it was split into two different movies, I still want to see that version. Gogo's twin sister was already in that script and there was an entire sequence involving her and The Bride duking it out in a suburb (She was driving the ice cream truck you can hear at the start of the movie when Beatrix pulls up at Green's house). It also introduced Bill as he decided to personally take on an assassination in an illegal penthouse casino and showed that even though he was older he was not someone to take lightly. Surprisingly Bud's section stayed just about the same along with The Brides training with Pai Mei, but there was so much that was removed from that script to turn Volume 2 into a western instead of continuing on with the Kung Fu Revenge theme that could still work with a Volume 3 should Tarantino go back to it, but I suspect he wont. Oh, we also learn why Beatrix no longer has her iconic "Wagon" at the end of the movie too. To my knowledge we never got a release of The Whole Bloody Affair that has been teased for release, but if you saw the Japanese version of Kill Bill Volume 1, and you really should, you also know that Beatrix did a little more limb removal on Sofie before the movie ended. Of course I expect none of this to ever happen, but it can be fun to dream and play "What if?"

Jackie Brown is far and away my favorite Tarantino piece. Smaller less expensive, less stylized films like that are where his skills really shine. I can see why he says that he only wants to make ten films at this point. Everyone expects his work to be these huge productions. It wouldn't surprise me if he started making smaller films again under a pseudonym. He famously was somewhat obsessed with S Craig Zahler's work, Bone Tomahawk, Brawl in Cell Block 99, and Dragged Across Concrete, all stunning pieces made for almost no money, where character and dialogue take the driver seat. The clues are there for this kind of shift.

He also wrote a script for a Silver Surfer movie that no one has ever seen...someone needs to ask him about it.

I don’t know that I’ll ever be happy with the reality of not getting a Kill Bill 3.
  • @Jared_Wignall
It’s interesting to look back at all the films Tarantino wanted to make at one point, but never did for one reason or another. Thanks for the video, keep up the great work!
  • @djmattblack
Id love to see a Tarentino directed movie of Luke Cage, reckon he could make that character really interesting
  • @Marley__007
The Fact that Tarantino created his own universe around the lore of his films shows how ahead of his time he was. It seems like now everything has hits own universe now.
  • @bensneb360
I’d love if Tarantino let other directors produce some of his unmade screenplays in two films. With the right person attached, we could get some really interesting movies. So hopefully we’ll get that kill Bill volume three someday.
  • @loslakers530
From Dusk Till Dawn needs a true sequel with Clooney back as Seth Gecko
  • @roberttreacy8271
I’d like to see a video about Peter Jackson’s scrapped Halo movie.

Man Quenton Tarantino we all wanted and waited for kill Bill volume no.3!!! The daughters could've tried to get revenge. 😢😢
