Crack Cake:

Pimento Cheese:
1 block sharp cheddar cheese
1/2-3/4 block of Colby jack
Shred both
Add small jar and juice of pimentos
Lots of the green tabasco
cracked black pepper
Mayo ( start with a spoonful and add more till you get the consistency you want)

This comes from an 82 yr old...grease the bundt pan very well then put in 1-2 T of flour roll it around and you will see the area's that did not get oiled/greased. Never had a problem when I did it this way.

Cake baker here - do NOT let your cake cool in the pan, that's when it will be more prone to stick! No more than about 10 minutes, then get it out of there. Bakers Joy is the best spray for cakes, it's like grease and flour in one, but doesn't leave that white coating on your cake. Also, it so tickled me that Mr Bunkey was so confused at there not being a 3/4 measuring cup, but he couldn't figure out just to use the 1/4 3 times.

I was so determined to try this cake recipe and this past weekend was the perfect opportunity! My husband’s birthday was yesterday and instead of going out to eat, we decided to invite the family over for a cookout. This was going to be the perfect dessert AND I had all of the ingredients on hand…almost. I don’t own a Bundt pan and could not find one so….I made the cake in a 9x13 pan and turned it into a poke cake. Lol - it was Amazing and everyone LOVED it! There wasn’t any leftovers! ❤️ Thanks for sharing this one!

Moist. That’s for Mandy. Lol. I almost yelled out loud when I thought Bunky was going to spray that Bundt pan over the floor. I made that mistake once and only once. Lol landed on my butt hard!
