Max got a perfect on a giant Akuma. All those years of Boss Rage really paid off.

The fact that Akuma punched Max and it transitioned into his intro is insane.

Akuma CPU seems to like luring Max into a false sense of security by letting him take the first match and then bodying him afterward.

fun fact; It's implied that SiRN Akuma is a robot just like the Copy Fighters SiRN makes in World Tour, so technically this might qualify as cyber akuma. Just wish it had been more prominent in the design.

just want to leave this here for those who may not have heard or recognized, the two special supers shin akuma is using are the misogi(input is 2qcb+k), first seen in capcom vs snk 2, and the kongou kokuretsuzan(input is triple tap down + 3p), first seen in third strike. there is also a way you can use these in a normal match as akuma: do his back taunt, then hold down + spam all punch/kick buttons until you see him pull out and eat a rice ball. you will also get access to his double air fireball which is qcb+p

I just love LION MANE AKUMA, and this version is the best yet! He’s built like a TRUCK!!!

I like how Max got the braindead AI Akuma when the rest of us are dying out here

The fact that Max defeated Akuma on his first try while it took me 16 tries to even get one round speaks a lot about how good he is

Seeing Max 1st try SiRN Akuma after taking like 99 attempts myself and even seeing Jwong struggle a bit makes me think Max is just that different.
