In 2018 my husband and I relocated from the San Francisco-Bay Area to the Emerald Triangle of Northern California. We bought 40 acres of raw off grid property that we developed into our homestead. Now we are off grid ranchers who care for: horses, goats, chickens, Anatolian Shepherds, a Pit Bull Rescue Mix, and 3 Kune Kune pigs. This is the story of our journey living off the grid along with all of the ups and downs that go along with it.
