Part 2: What does the law say about .... bodies?

Publicado 2023-12-05
Here is the rest of the phone call with the Sheriff's Department in Orang County Florida trying to find out if anyone there know what the actual LAW is concerning what a member of the public is required to do if they come across a dead body.

After being put on hold for a few minutes, a homicide detective finally came to the phone.

Here's that call.

It's official they've taken the word common sense out of the dictionary in America
  • That is a great question. What is the law? How do we know the law? It should be easy to find and easily understood. Great job Mike! 👍💪🤗 #FreeEricBrandt

Great work with this! i love going down rabbit holes of what is legal and what is claimed to be legal/mandatory

OMG! I KNEW I WAS RIGHT! HE THOUGHT YOU MIGHT HAVE A BODY! MORE PPHONE CALLS PLEASE! IT'S ANOTHER WAY FOR YOU TO AUDIT OR PUSH THROUGH LEGALITIES OF THE LAW.
  • The cop assumes you have a body or you know where a body is. When does questions lead to assumptions? Or likely you had curiosity of the law on reporting a dead body.

"What it is and what it should be are two different things." What the written law is and what the justus system law is are two different things, and one cannot know what it is because one has no right to defend oneself. One can't read, learn, or comprehend "the law" but one WILL be held to know it 100%, while "cop" gets immunity for not knowing the law. That is the disconnect from justice.

Seems like the process shifted from the statue in having the Medical Examiner determining the cause of death and contacting the appropriate entity (law enforcement, morgue, funeral home...). To law enforcement figures it out for the medical examiner.

This is fascinating, I appreciate how this detective engages with you on this subject and gives you a personal experience. I do think you’re starting to give these services a lot of concerns that you really have a corpse and I’m worried they may start trying to trace you for no reason, so be safe!

so as a child this detective learned how to ruin lives by blue line gang criminals, then became one...oh my goodness!

If you aren't sure if you have a duty to report, use a stranger's phone to call it in and don't give your name.

I got ya 😮 I agree with the Det...

I think the law should state you gotta take video recording of what you do to the body 😅
  • @Mr12BS
Have you called a DA to see if they know the law and what they would procute.

hmm he says a general member of the public should not come to their own conclusion on how someone died...observing a lot videos of those dying in handcuffs seems the public should be able to make their own investigation. Honest trade among friendship! Article 1 Section 10

If mistakes are made then why would I want to take a chance of being locked up or killed ? Especially if you are Mike and have had his experiences !! And then at the end the cop goes fishing because he 'thinks' Mike has a guilty conscience ? Count how many times the cop was wrong in this video and ask yourself if you would want to take that chance ?
