Just blame the influx for increased property taxes, yet on the flip side you have a higher valued home when time to sell. So, which do you want. Having been a native Raleigh resident of 68 years, even same neighborhood, I am NOT enjoying progress. I have no intention of selling so therefore due to influx I have exorbitant property taxes.
