Harris’ VP pick will tell voters the ‘story she wants to tell about herself’

NBC News Washington Correspondent Yamiche Alcindor reports the Harris campaign is looking for someone to balance the ticket, with a focus on bringing in a new electorate. Author and Professor Christopher Devine who tracks VP data says there’s little evidence a pick can guarantee winning their home state, but the choice will show voters the “story [Harris] wants to tell about herself.”

    Please give me one good reason to vote for Kamala Harris. Yes, she is a "woman" and a "person of color", but that is no reason to vote for a person as president. What did she do when she was in charge of our Southern border? How many people voted for her to be the Democratic nominee for 2024?
