I love the way Jane Fonda listens to her friend. She looks deep into her eyes with so much intent when she's listening to Tomlin. That's a true friend.

They are gold on Grace and Frankie and I can see that it comes from a real and authentic friendship. Is it just me or are they getting better as they've gotten older?
  • Love this. My female friends are so important to me, especially my best friend. I'm blessed to call my sisters my friends, too. This interview made me laugh, think and count my blessings. Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin inspire me :)

  • Yes, please, ladies over 50, form a sisterhood for the planet. Use your buying power to save the earth. Every choice we make when buying stuff, makes an impact on the environment - good or bad.

I found this to be very interesting. They both have something smart to say. Something intelligent and stimulating. It's so true what Jane just said! They're all telling us the technology just isn't quite there yet for renewable energy. I love these two and I love Grace and Frankie. I would LOVE to see Dolly Parton with a supporting role on G&F. I've watched these shows from beginning to end, all five available seasons several times through. They're right up there with The Golden Girls when it comes to lasting, quality television and quality, relevant acting!

This old woman gave up wearing the modern equivalent of foot binding quite a while ago (high heels, ouch) I think that particular fashion is a patriarchal ploy to make women less able to run away from men. I do adore these women. Thanks for featuring them here!
