This week, Pokemon Legends Arceus released, and it's easily the most unique and challenging Pokemon experience to date. Because the game's main goal is to catch every Pokemon in the Hisui Region, I put my skills to the test to see just how fast I could get that done. Today we're going to find out how easily you can catch every Pokemon in Legends Arceus! This video took a lot of time and effort to put together, so I'd really appreciate it if you shared this with a friend. If you have any suggestions for the next video, leave it in the comments below! Have a great day :)

That Volo battle immediately followed up with TWO Giratina battles was so much more than I expected difficulty-wise and I loved the surprise!
  • For the Heatran fight I kept spamming mudballs, accidentally threw a pokeball and caught it at full health. I love this game.

I want so badly for this to be a new direction they take these games, even if this is considered a spinoff in part or something, I NEED MORE OF THIS.

For the wisps, another tip along with collecting them at night, collect them as sneasler. The “collect” animation is like 3x faster
  • I like how when you caught the Shaymin Arceus is just looking down at it like "Get in the ball GOD COMMANDS YOU!"

If you’re struggling with beating the last boss, Cresselia is your secret weapon, tank with her and use lunar blessing to heal and avoid attacks while you heal your pokemon

I'm actually super impressed with how Game Freak tried to improve and streamline every aspect of the games. Moving around the overworld to catch Pokémon, engaging in boss fights with legends and myths, collecting resources to craft more powerful items; it all looks really engaging. Thanks to this video, I might find myself with a copy of this game in the near future.

Actually, regarding the sparkles, they aren’t exclusive to Postgame, I encountered a Shiny Luxray just wandering around at the start of the game and it had the Sparkles.

to help your confusion on manaphy, its basically correlated to the book that they added in the canalave library in bdsp that mentions the requirements for the manaphy event to be unlocked in this game, 2 of the 3 pokemon having had their first or one of first appearances in the original manaphy movie.

I love how you're cruising through the game but I've spent like 15-20 hours in the first area and have 4 stars before the second area

I'm not gonna lie, when Volo hit me with the "Approaching Cynthia" motif at the start of his battle, I knew it was gonna be rough. I was not prepared for going two rounds with Giratina after the fact, even if I did make it through with my horribly underleveled team (two at like level 53, two at level 57, two at level 65) Even adding Palkia and Dialga to raise my average level still saw me struggle a few times. If I can offer one piece of advice for people going into this game, it'd definitely be "don't overlevel", because this fight is quite possibly the hardest one they've ever made, and even when I was struggling I loved every second of it because it was an actual challenge.

Took me 57 hours to complete the Dex, plus unown and get Arceus. Honestly, worth it 100%

You say that the game doesn't tell you that alpha pokemon can be caught, but nearly all pokemon have an "alpha pomemon caught" line in their pokedex entry. Well done though, very interesting video once again!

As far as I'm aware, there's currently only one slightly impactful glitch but all it does is make you a little faster on foot than wyrdeer
  • If you are struggling with the final boss, remember Grit items, those will boost your stats as there are no EV's or IV's, My Goodra with a level 10 in HP, 9 in Defense and 10 in SpDef was able to tank hits really well alongside Shelter. It wasn't a walk in the park, but it made the battle much more manageable. Also, no Pokémon gets free turns in this game, it's just that you were much slower

I feel your pain on the Giratina/Volvo fight. I wound up getting so agitated that I decided to end up catching the Alpha Garchomp, raising a Togekiss, getting the stamp to allow me to use Pokémon of any level. Training for another hour, and THEN took it on. And lost again. I won on the rematch.

Arceus: thou art a worthy challenger, I bestow thee with a clone of mineself to hang out with Player: hey real quick if you created everything, then that includes humans, so then are humans also Pokémon? Arceus: would you look at the time I have to go now oh and looks like Giratina is misbehaving goodbye
  • @ThexLegendxM
Tip: for basculegion it needs to take 300 damage WITHOUT fainting once, that is why it took you so long!
  • I thought Cyndaquil was the best choice, until 1 hour in I caught a Monferno and obtained a shiny Ponyta. I currently have 0 grass types 😭

Ursaring can evolve into Ursaluna on any map as long as there is a full moon, it doesnt need to be in Crimson Mirelands and also , the shiny pokemon sound it's not a post game thing , it's there all the time.
