I too, had a shiny Beautifly on my team while fighting Volo. And long story short, Willa ignored all her base stats and proved her worth.

the ONLY thing i would change about Legends Arceus is if your ride pokemon changed to shiny if you had the shiny version :/

Oh shoot the shiny only is already here! This was such a short yet extremely fun journey. I will probably watch this on repeat multiple times while shiny hunting and playing games casually. I loved how intense the Volo fight was, especially seen as it was late at night

When I played PLA for the first time, I found a random full odds shiny Buizel! It ended up becoming highkey the strongest pokemon on my team overall, single handedly sweeping most of Volo's team :D Seeing you using a shiny Buizel/Floatzel brought back that memory Great video! A funny story of mine is that my bf got the game first so I played in his other account and when I was traveling near the alpha bibarel I noticed stars came out of it, confused I asked my bf and he thought it was probably a move that it did. He saved it and closed the game, when it opened the same stars came out and my bf panicked in a surprised way, I asked him what happened and then he told me it was a shiny and he caught it for me. First time in a Pokémon game ever and got a shiny alpha, crazy shit XD

You can actually throw sticky balls/spoiled apricorn/mudball (found by Ursaluna) to stun the Pokemon you want to catch instead of running around and waiting for the cooldown.

I think him not saving the game was to make the experience more exciting

I will say that my shiny-only playthrough, I was stubborn and refused to get my first star until I caught my first shiny, which was a Cascoon.

Glad to see people still playing this i beat it and damn near 100% it then got this fire under my ass to delete the save and do it over again as i had thay much fun till i realized how grindy it was and put it down and havent played sense nonetheless stil a banger
