I've never seen the media make so many excuses for an athlete in my 32 years of watching sports. It's especially egregious considering how they're constantly shoving him in our face as the greatest basketball player that ever lived. What an embarrassingly bad joke. I've been listening to this crap for 2 decades & I'm sick of it - especially as a true Lakers' fan.

The most telling part is Bron never silences the media and comes out and says "I have enough help, I just have to be better". Even if he doesn't mean it, it would stop the chatter, that's how I know he approves the narrative.
