January 2024 - 80% of brex sales came from outbound - but don't blast out sales, target people 1st connection of linkedin, investor network, target in certain areas, the list goes on - basically how to build sales team, how she did it, structured it, etc. - how to measure performance? (in sales) - DNWA
  • Go Tigers! Helpful tips @Sam Blond and @Ashley Kelly. I'm looking for SDR talent, and good take-aways.

Lost me at the hate to lose part. Failing is how you grow. Otherwise you’re delusional ambition gets the best of you and blindspots emerge. There is something there to that idea of hating to lose but it isnt as steadfast as she made it sound. Everyone loves to win, somewhat, depending on the win. These things are nuanced. Being stringent against those nuances lost my viewing.
