“I wrote Stained Glass at a time where I was really struggling mentally. This song was my message, not only to the public, but to those around me, to be more gentle on people and not judge them so hard, because you never know what someone’s been through.”

her songs r so meaningful, people needs to realize that she’s more than a pretty girl
-
She writes her own songs. SHE wrote this masterpiece. Get that in your head, this girl is a gift
-
I think this song is genuinly so UNDERRATED.
-
she is not an instagram model, stop treating her like one, she’s an artist
-
She clearly doesn't want the world to focus on her looks only .She wants to spread her message in music without any distraction .Thats why she didn't show her face
-
Imagine being her and seeing all these comments of people saying "I'll stop eating just to look like her", and stuff like that. She feels guilty, and she has tried many times to bring people up about their confidence and looks, but they never listen. She wants to make herself feel special, instead of pretty and beautiful, and not make people stop eating because of how skinny she is, or how natural and pretty she looks. You all are pretty, no matter what shape and size you are. She wants all of us to know that she loves us all equally. She loves us, and that matters. I think you guys don't understand how hard it is for her to read these sad comments about "I'm so fat, I wish I was like her..". She wishes us all an amazing life, and reminds us in almost every song about how beautiful we all are.

Dear Society, Good In Goodbye, Selfish & now Stained Glass. Not one skip. Her debut is about to be bomb 🖤

madison is so much more than her looks she's extremely talented i hope more people will start to appreciate that
-
This is Madison's most mature song. That's song is unbeliveable
-
I don’t understand how she hasn’t completely blown up yet. Like this girl should be EVERYWHERE. ngl at first i thought she was just another one of those pretty singers who thought they could sing and was handed everything. But NO. She’s so amazing she literally has the voice of an angel but she’s only being recognized for being pretty. But WOW she can sing!
-
The lyrics are so painful
-
WHY is no one talking about how madison is really giving us pure excellence content, from the lyric to production, concepts and visuals, people are still sleeping on her and it shows!!!
-
Angel: How much talent do you want to give Madison? God: Yes.
-
this is probably one of the best songs i’ve ever heard.
-
"Selfish" and "Stained Glass" are 2 of the best tracks I've heard in 2020. Can't wait for her album honestly.
-
Yeah, she is stunning. But she really has improved her voice! Don't you agree?
-
Director: How many virtual effects do you want? Madison: YES.
-
Haters: She can't sing Madisson, singing like an angel and being a super talented artist: Hold my last name

Lately I'm counting the minutes that I've got left And lately I'm counting the words that I haven't said 'Cause you will never know what I been through And you should be a little more gentle But maybe I need to start takin' my own advice 'Cause my heart's so heavy it's ready to fall out twice 'Cause you will never know what I been through So you should be a little more gentle with me My skin is made of glass But apparently it's stained 'Cause you notice all the cracks But can't look inside my pain And if you throw another stone Then I'd stay far away Far away I just might break My life's just a faded memory of one I can't have And everything 'round me is starting to fade into black, mm But black and white is so much better I'm learning how to hide my colors You should've been a little more gentle with me My skin is made of glass But apparently it's stained 'Cause you notice all the cracks But can't look inside my pain And if you throw another stone Then I'd stay far away Far away I just might break Break Break I I might break Might break, I My skin is made of glass But apparently it's stained 'Cause you notice all the cracks But can't look inside my pain And if you throw another stone Then I'd stay far away Far away I just might break
