A little airobatics and some attempts at thermals but no real climbing today. Maybe next time lol.
Some fogging still on this one as I didn't acclimatise the camera to the temperature but this was a second flight so camera was already fogged a little bit but actually cleared somewhat.
It coped quite well with the bright slightly cloudy sky I thought .

Otherwise it's a great picture I think for the $40 well worth the money.
I will review it fully soon and do more video in different conditions and hopefully no more fogging if I try to leave the camera outside to get acclimatised and avoid that fogging ..

Settings set to multi and Hawkeye on the exposure as advised by Hawkeye, the firmware was already up to date out of the box.

  • Nice flight N.S, the Firefly 2 is a great and light camera but the plane you were flying had me more intrigued. I fly Quadcopters primarily and the prospect of fixed wing has always been a low for me, but I must say that the gliding until your flight has been expended and restarting the motor to gain height again is just to much to take in and I have to do this. I know this plane will be to much for me to fly but I would like to work myself up to it to experience this. Can you let me know the name of this plane?
