Mike losing some weight! Love that you're making sure people's rights are respected. This is what helps the community

Explained very well. rights are respected and rules are met.

Doesn't there need to be a sign posted stating that the area is restricted? In this case how you said going in the doors is restricted but I didn't see any signs saying that?

Enrique from auditing america won't let you get 5 words in, he would talk on top of you. I rather just stay quiet and tell the manager in private that it's lawful what the person is doing and to just ignore.

  • Well explained lol I had to think to myself “wait is this a real audit?” But..security is never that understanding of the rights we have.

Good job, had me concerned you weren't going to uphold her 1st amendment right for a moment.

Do they have the right to film people in the waiting area?
  • Every first amendment auditor needs to watch this to learn how to behave in their auditing. Every government employee needs to watch it as well. This should be mandatory training

Not bad, the WAY he handle it is PRETTY MUCH GIVE them what they want to get them the fuk outta there TO AVOID the civil rights trap of pissed off people & NO need to call police & the 1A auditor IS LIMITED but NOT obstructed. I would say the manager can STAY where he at if he didnt want the auditor to go down the hall.
