kalel a long time ago, you had this black and white painting and you asked us what we see in it and said you'd update us in the next video on what you personally see ,,, and to this day, i still wonder what you see in that painting

This video feels like an infomercial. Very...inauthetictic and feels like a Copilot commercial featuring Kalel and not a real Kalel video.

I’m sad from this vid. It worries me that videos are going to be based around whoever is sponsoring her again :(
  • I miss your What I Eat In A Day / cooking videos so much. Would love for you to bring those back!!
  • A stomach “pooch” can 100% be normal especially if you’ve had children. Women already naturally have more body fat. You should still exercise your upper body though because keeping those muscles strong and fit will help throughout your older adult life. Especially now when people are on computers or phones all the time. Helps your posture and any upper body pain you may experience.

I really like Kalel, but saying that a bit of tummy fat is because we don't move a lot makes me really sad. My BMI is currently around 18 and I still have fat on my stomach. I used to be an athlete and work out consistently over 15 hours per week, and by work out I don't mean walking or barley sweating but actually working out. Just as an example, I would run 45 minutes as a warm up for the rest of the practice. And even back then I still had fat on my stomach. I've always been on the skinnier side, even after I wasn't an athlete anymore, I never gained a lot of weight. But I since puberty I've always had this bit of fat on my tummy. I really think that it depends on the body type and genetics a LOT more than it does on how much we move. We can't all look like Zendaya

belly fat is completely normal. I walk around 15000 steps every day and also do heavy weight lifting , both for a few years and I have it. it is normal for women because the uterus needs to be protected. also it is not possible to lose fat on specific body parts and not on others. basically if your belly is flat you are most of the time underweight ( not every woman, but in general)
  • Girl... the stomach pooch is normal, especially for women. Also, it's a weird choice of words to say your goal is a "ballerina body" considering ballerinas are (in most cases) very underweight because they starve themselves to succeed in a extremely difficult and demanding athletic career.

Gurl… you need to post more than once a month, I have 2nd hand anxiety that you’re going to get evicted again. Copilot is last seasons skinny tea! 😂

I looked into why walking might help with flattening the lower belly area, sitting down a lot (causing some muscles to get shorter and some to tighten up) may cause a bit of an anterior pelvic tilt. Walking a lot would balance these muscles and tilt the pelvis back to it's natural position

They always say that the easiest time for you to lose weight is when you are happy in general and I believe it because I go up and down and it is centered around my mental health. It's gonna be difficult in the winter for me cause I get the winter blues, but I know I can help myself by getting outside for a walk to not get cabin fever.

everything thats spons from her feels fake...
  • @menatheia
The "key" to a flat stomach is genetics and body type. It's not possible for some people, no matter what they do.
