You know what I consider myself a pretty competent chef and even I once preheated the oven without checking in the inside and proceeded to completely melt the bread basket my mom had left inside it 💀 I swear, by the time I noticed it looked like a avant garde modern art museum exhibition piece. Kinda like someone showed the Alien from Ridley Scott's movie into a furnace. Moral of the lesson: Everybody makes mistakes lmfao

I had such a visceral reaction to you putting frozen unseasoned salmon in the oven, I just wanted to jump in and cook for you 😭… next time thaw it first and add a little salt, pepper, garlic and paprika (so yummy with salmon) ☺️
