The cost of your trip to Bangkok was so affordable! I will have to look into that next time bc I paid 2300฿ each way with a taxi 😩 Your friend’s apartment is so cute and spacious. Beautiful view! The bedrooms so are big! Hope your condo hunting goes well and you all find a nice condo/apt for Kamila! I also hate Bangkok lol it’s literally what you said… so busy, hectic and congested. I enjoy being in Pattaya better. It’s much slower and relaxing. Sending love!❤

Ah, what a great adventure the first year of university is. Twenty years ago this September I embarked on my uni days. Fun fact: I always associate the summer before heading off to uni with one song that played non-stop while I was looking for my lodging. David Usher, a Thai-Canadian lad, had a huge hit that summer, constantly playing on the radio. His "Alone in the Universe" always takes me back to that time. Great vid, Fern! Gawd, you'll be able to look back on this moment in time with your daughter for the rest of your life, and she'll be able to reflect on you and your trip too. I wish Youtube and smartphones were around back then so I could look back at my wanders from those days (I didn't discover Youtube until 2007). Such an excellent vid, ladies!
