Today I’m driving through Philadelphia, Pennsylvania , one of the most dangerous/drug infested cities in America. Philadelphia was founded in 1682 by William Penn and is the largest city in Pennsylvania. Philadelphia hosted the First Continental Congress in 1774 and also hosted the Second Continental Congress in 1775 during which the founders signed the Declaration of Independence was signed. The current population is 1,550,542 and the poverty rate is over 23%.

Blame the people who live there - can’t they pick up trash? I was born in Philly and now I never go there for restaurants, nightlife or anything - just too dangerous. Car gets messed up, robberies or worse. You can be poor but you can be clean these people live in a toilet of their own creation!

Any neighborhood that is predominantly black or Puerto Rican/Dominican is always unsafe and gtto. I lived in NYC and Philadelphia for many years, and it's always the case. That's just the fact.
