CAESAR! THE CITY IS ON FIRE! Nero: Yes!
-
Agnes had almost three minutes to memorize her lines and she still flubs the first word she’s supposed to say. And then she forgets to yell for help.
-
Chalmers was so busy studying his script, he forgot his first cue: ring the doorbell
-
"Well Seymour I made it. Despite your stage directions."
-
Yes, and you call them professionals when they are obviously amateurs.
-
Little did they know they'd be doing this for the rest of their lives.
-
0:32 I like the little detail of how he didnt have to read it for "oh ho ho ho delightfully devilish Seymour" because you know that he was just WAITING to do that line the whole time. If nothing else that's locked in.

CAESAR
-
Okay, fuck it. This is by far the most well-made Steamed Hams
-
Either Agnes forgot her last line or the effects folks used real fire and she passed out from asphyxiation.
-
"its obviously smoke, Seymour" points at script This got me
-
Poor Skinner couldn't even get Chalmers' name out the first time. A real bad case of Steamed Fright.
-
Excited to see the full version! I see potential in these actors
-
CAESAR flip flip SEYMOUR
-
I think the most impressive part of this is how much like a first read-through it actually sounds
-
Chalmers: I just feel like my character would KNOW that it was smoke in the oven, he wouldn't just leave the room without questioning it. Director: Just do it.
-
The idea that Seymour stretching his legs was an improv bit is brilliant!
-
The firetruck driver was also reading the script too. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 No wonder why he ran over Superintendent Chalmers.
-
“Scizor! The house is on fire!” Yeah, that’d be ten times more terrifying in that case

I'm from Utica an I've never heard of a costumed first run through. Keep up the memed hams 👍
