i was so proud of you when you stayed in when you were feeling sick, instead of forcing yourself to go out there and "enjoy" London cause you were there. Definitely sending a good message to all the young women watching your videos to prioritize themselves and their health and their feelings and their body sending them messages, no matter what! I'm going on my first solo international trip soon, to Japan! And now I feel less anxious, cause I know if I get sick abroad, I know how to handle it, and that it's okay to not force yourself to go out and enjoy 24/7, if you're not feeling it. I just took my first solo trip a few weeks ago within the country and it was so fun but I also learned so many things about myself.
