I've never been so hyper-focused on learning the answer to a question that I've literally never cared to ask.

The odd thing about the vandalized car is that it's not up on bricks, it's up on the wheels themselves. This implies a market for mouse tires but not mouse rims...

It takes guts to make a video about Stuart Little without mentioning that M. Night Shyamalan co-wrote the first movie
  • "If more people gave up there would be fewer wars." is surprisingly insightful from a talking cat in the sequel of a talking mouse movie.

I like that the original book suggests Stuart is human, just a little fucked up face and height wise. that's canon now. all talking animals in Stuart Little are human. most of em were orphaned by their very reasonable parents for being so short and beastly. cats are not human tho, they just like to chat

"Falcon is just named Falcon" Okay, but we have humans out there named "Guy", so

Something of note is that Stuart has several small books that presumably contain the full story. So that means that there's enough small animals able to read that publishing miniature versions of books is viable

The orphanage lady being openly bigoted against mice is such a bizarre thing to include in a movie

stuart little is actually a clever (and very subtle) metaphor for how being short fucking blows

The weirdest thing in the Little universe is there's one of the books where he encounters a tiny...human women? like, she's a regular lady just small, and he tries to romance her??
  • That “dog”, Bruce, was 100% a cat. Looking at how it acts towards Snowbell by hissing and seeing how it’s tail moves when chasing proves it.

Leo Vader feels like the most authentic expression of what YouTube is supposed to be and intended for
  • "They don't respect him enough to communicate with him" Damn the Little family is cold as hell

Citing his own fanfic as a source is a real power move

This was the first movie I ever saw in theatres. I was 4. When the evil cat put him in the washing machine I began screaming and we had to leave.

I think one of the main misunderstandings regarding Stuart is that he's not actually a mouse. He is born to human parents, and is described explicitly in the books only as "looking like a mouse in every way". As per the lore, he is entirely human, he just has the exact biology of a mouse for... some reason.
  • The way I see it, Snowbell can speak fluent human english whenever he wants, he just chooses to speak animal language most of the time out of spite. He still hasn't gotten over that one trip to the vet, and he kinda just feels betrayed by humans now.

"I don't care if the creators have zero answers for any of these questions, I am going to have answers for these questions" This the kind of fan theory energy I am here for.

Did y’all notice that extremely subtle but very realistic touch at 6:51? Monty’s ear turned in the direction the Mafia boss cat’s voice was coming from before he fully turned his head to face him. Nice attention to detail!
