I'm currently writing a paper about females being prone to ACL injuries than men but all this conflicting evidence is sending me into a spiral.

Time to learn something new today!
  • Fantastic video! I had no idea there was so much ongoing research on this topic but it would certainly be nice if we had concrete data to better protect our athletes in the near future. Keep up the great work!

Anterior tilt and pelvis Vs posterior tilt at pelvis

The fact that the size of ACL in female is substantially smaller male, seems like it has solved the mystery. To show caustion, look for small ACL size group and the odds of them getting injured.

Disappointed to hear I can't rely on you for instruction on how to train my notch width lol. Fantastic video. Sounds like a heck of a lot of research went into it so thank you for distilling so much content into such an enjoyable piece!
  • Great video! Love all of them! I find thes subjects hard to understand, but you make them easier! Would it be possible for you to make a video about what lower back hernia's do to your body and what is best practice to prevent pain (as much as possible)?
  • @arabbani07
Also, I didn't get disappointed at all, not until you said that XD

Do trans people who take hormones have different risks of ACL tears as compared to people with the same sex assigned at birth? I feel like case studies about trans people who take hormones could be very insightful for studying the impacts of hormones on the risk of injuries of the knees.
