Hi Cait, you need to ask for a white noise masker, that you wear in your ear like a hearing aid, I suffered for close to twenty years with Tinnitus, once I got the masker the Tinnitus was gone within six months, but you have to wear it as often as the ENT person tells you, hope you get to see them soon.
