  • Wow, those dolphin kicks are so ridiculously powerful compared to anything I've ever been able to do.
  • Coach: Does not breathe the first two strokes coming out of the turn, that's really very very important. Swimmer: Breathing after the first stroke.
  • After watching this video my club said I improved my already amazing turns in back People say my back is impeccable I also managed to knock of at least 1 second in all my back & frunt. Thanks for your help
  • @proudk09
I'm a swimmer and this made me understand how to turn in butterfly and breaststroke clearly
  • I love doing these so much I think that's my fav thing about swimming
  • I always turn my head during backstroke turns (Which killed my flags chance by 1 second, but I still have 8 months to catch up!), but I always do as many kicks as possible underwater, which in my opinion helps a lot. (I kick until I'm supposed to come up which is the 2nd red dot or last.) Thanks for the tips! These should help me improve and get me to flags! (My butterfly is 32 seconds for a 50, and my backstroke is 34 for a 50, and I'm 11.)
  • Hi, I Have been swimming for a while know I one of the major things that I struggle with are my turns so this video really gave some tips and advice which can really help myself become an even better swimmer. Thanks so much creating this video!😃
  • I'm a swimmer and I've been swimming for most of my life and I couldn't fully get the free flip turn but this really helped...
  • This mostly helped me brush up on my turns. I am horrible at remembering to do long streamlines and this helped me.
