I love every about this floor plan. Has an entry that makes you not see directly into the house upon entering. I love the juxtaposition of this fireplace! It’s unique and love the area to store firewood and the shelves on back to face the kitchen! I would love if it had a slight vaulted ceiling with beams but beams could easily be added for character! We don’t often use a kitchen table so I’d make more space by making a bench window seat with small table like a breakfast nook and pull the island out just a little. That would give a clear walkway from the door straight into the living room area. I like the bathroom being close to direct any visitors. I love the laundry room, it’s just roomy enough with a place to fold on top of the washer and dryer and the hanger area with large cabinets for storage is nice! The smaller bedroom I’d make into an office with maybe a good size futon for anyone staying the night which would be seldom. The master bedroom is just beautifully perfect in size with a nice closet area and its own personal bathroom with double sinks! I also like the secluded back porch area for cooking out and entertaining. This house just rings all the bells and whistles that I’ve been looking for! It’s great! ❤

I really like this home. I still feel enclosed entry storage is the way to go. Those hooks and cubbies are attractive when they are empty or have one or two decorative items tastefully arranged, but it goes downhill from there. For a small home I think a stackable laundry unit would be more than adequate and leave more room for storage. I might choose a warmer colour scheme to go with all the wood trim. But there’s no denying that this house has excellent bones. Great job - would live here!

This house would have been so much better if painted anything but gray, including the kitchen.

This is a spacious house with all the necessities. The fireplace is in kind of an awkward spot and could use a larger hearth, but it is different. It's all brown and grey inside - it needs more color.

I love this home. I'd probably do something different with that fireplace. Seems like its in a strange spot; maybe lose off that one entrance way into the kitchen. But I really love the layout and those bay windows in the front.

I like this a lot. Though I don't typically like grey, I like the grey taupe and warm natural finishes. Colour from fabrics is adequate. I live in cold Canada, so would wall the entry from front hall to livingroom and move the fireplace to the exterior wall as some others have suggested.

I love everything about this home! If it was mine, in short order there would be houseplants all over that bay window. Thank you.

The fireplace is very much out of place. It takes up so much room. Be better where the couch is.
